Theme:
Be Decent To Each Other
Ages 13-18 can submit a short :30 to 3 minutes long
Ages 19-23 can submit a short :30 to 15 minutes long
Submission Fee Schedule:
$10.00 Early Bird - September 30th, 2025
$15 Regular - December 31st, 2025
$20 Late - January 31st, 2026

​Rules:
1. Films may be a colaboration; have fun making your fims!!
2. They must follow the aforementioned theme.
3. The films you submit must be your original work with all copyright laws for any music having been adhered to.
4. All films will be reviewed prior to the event; submission does not guarantee a slot at the festival.
5. All gratuitous violence, language, and sexual content will result in refusal to the More Than Decent Film Festival.
